3. Christ² Klopfenstein (Christ¹) (#996) was born in Alsace Lorraine, France February 27, 1874. Christ died August 21, 1950 in Elkhart, Indiana, at 76 years of age.

He married twice. He married Cora May Pouden in Elkhart, Indiana, July 19, 1894. (Cora May Pouden is #997.) Cora was born in Elkhart, Indiana 16 JUL 1874. Cora died April 5, 1956 in South Bend, Saint Joseph County, Indiana, USA, at 81 years of age. At 20 years of age Cora became the mother of Chester Klopfenstein in Elkhart, Indiana, FEB 1895. He married Mary Hass in Mishawaka, Indiana, February 2, 1896. (Mary Hass is #1103.)

At 20 years of age Christ became the father of Chester Klopfenstein in Elkhart, Indiana, FEB 1895.

Christ Klopfenstein and Cora May Pouden had the following children:

• 8 ii. Chester Klopfenstein (#998) was born in Elkhart, Indiana FEB 1895. He married Glendalia M. Heil in Mishawaka, Indiana, June 28, 1919. (Glendalia M. Heil is #1101.)

Christ Klopfenstein had the following child:
