Nottawa; Reva BONHAM, 82, of 60546 Railroad St., Nottawa, Mich., died Feb. 3, 1999 at Lake View Community Hospital in Paw Paw.
She was born July 8, 1916, in Sherman Township, a daughter of Albert and Loraine (KASDORF) GINTHER.
Reva spent her entire life in St. Joseph and Branch counties.
On Nov. 2, 1935 she married Robert BONHAM in LaGrange, Ind. He died Dec. 28, 1994.
She retired in 1979 from the St. Joseph County Department of Social Services after many years of employment. Prior to that she was employed for J.C.Penny Store in Sturgis, and before that she worked at Beals Five & Dime Store in Centreville.
Reva enjoyed sewing and gardening.
Surviving are her grandson, Rodney BONHAM of Schoolcraft; a granddaughter, Debra BONHAM of Mesa, Ariz.; a great-granddaughter, Carol Ann KWASNY; and special friends Mike and Debbie YUNKER and their children, Cary, Danielle and Chad.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; 1 daughter, Patricia Lou BONHAM; and 2 sons, Richard BONHAM and Maurice "Butch" BONHAM.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service and burial will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Sturgis, at noon on Saturday. The Rev. David J. Farrell will officiate.
If desired, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association. Envelopes are available at the Hackman-Foglesong Funeral Home, Sturgis, who is in charge of arrangements.
