At 18 years of age Arlene became the mother of Dustin A. Heflin February 1, 1988. At 20 years of age Arlene became the mother of Austin J. Heflin September 28, 1989.

At 17 years of age Scott became the father of Justin W. Heflin January 2, 1986. At 19 years of age Scott became the father of Dustin A. Heflin February 1, 1988. At 21 years of age Scott became the father of Austin J. Heflin September 28, 1989.
